A writ of certiorari was issued out of the circuit court for Dane county to review certain alleged illegal tax assessments for the year 1949. A motion to quash the writ was denied. The relator, the Wisconsin University Building Corporation, alleged in its petition that it is a nonstock, nonprofit corporation, duly organized and lawfully existing; that it is the actual owner of the 'real estate set forth in Schedule A, attached hereto [to the petition] and made a part hereof, all of which is located in the City of Madison, Dane County, State of Wisconsin, now is, and on May 1, 1949 was and ever since has been, in the Wisconsin University Building Corporation.
